Shrlock's Essentials subscription is designed for solo HR consultants to add an unlimited number of clients to the platform. Our Essentials subscription starts at $46 per month when billed annually and $49 per user per month when billed monthly. The price of Shrlock Compliance subscription is $169 per user per month when billed annually and $199 when billed monthly. Shrlock's Consulting Pro plan is designed for fast-growing HR consulting businesses. The price of Shrlock's Business Pro subscription is $399 per user per month when billed annually and $499 when billed monthly.

Yes. We will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge.

Shrlock may be required to charge VAT, GST, and other taxes on your subscription in accordance with local laws and regulations. Some jurisdictions do not require VAT/GST to be charged if the purchaser is registered for VAT/GST. If you are registered for VAT or GST purposes, please add your VAT/GST registration number during the checkout process to have your exemption processed.

To cancel a paid plan, go to the billing tab in your account settings and select Cancel plan. To find your admin console, log in to the Shrlock account you wish to cancel and click settings on the lower left-hand navigation bar. 

For Early Access Program Users, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after the start of the subscription. For all other subscription plans, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
