Pricing Overview
Shrlock offers the Essentials plan, designed for solo HR consultants and consulting teams.

• Essentials Plan: $49 per month (when billed monthly) or $42 per month (when billed annually).
• Additional Team Members: $10 per month, per team member, added to the account.

We may update our pricing from time to time. Any changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, and we’ll notify you in advance.

We are actively working on a free version of Shrlock so you can try before you buy. If you’re not ready to sign up for a paid plan, join our newsletter to stay up to date on future product and subscription plan releases.

Our team is working tirelessly to create and launch new features designed to support HR consultants. As our features expand, we will unlock additional pricing plans. You will be notified of all new pricing plans as we expand our offerings. 

Yes. We will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge.

Shrlock may be required to charge VAT, GST, and other taxes on your subscription in accordance with local laws and regulations. Some jurisdictions do not require VAT/GST to be charged if the purchaser is registered for VAT/GST. If you are registered for VAT or GST purposes, please add your VAT/GST registration number during the checkout process to have your exemption processed.

To cancel a paid plan, go to the billing tab in your account settings and select Cancel plan. To find your admin console, log in to the Shrlock account you wish to cancel and click settings on the lower left-hand navigation bar. 

Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to feel confident using Shrlock, while keeping our policies fair and transparent.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you will continue to have access until the end of your paid term.
• Team Plans: For multi-user consulting team subscriptions, the same refund rules apply (monthly = non-refundable; annual = 14-day window). Refunds will only be processed at the account holder level.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be granted outside these terms in cases of billing errors or other extenuating circumstances.
