Why We Created Shrlock
HR consultants are doing some of the most important, complex work out there... but they’re doing it with tools that weren’t built for them. We’ve seen HR consultants juggling client work, admin, billing, and project management in spreadsheets or systems that make their jobs harder, not easier.

Dominic is an experienced HR and product leader with a background spanning HR tech, consulting, and marketing. Before founding Shrlock, he helped scale a high-growth HR technology startup, leading product marketing initiatives that doubled ARR and shaped GTM strategy.

Peter has over 10 years of experience as a technical lead and software engineer specializing in complex data structures and large-scale data sets. He's played key roles in multiple successful exits and highly skilled at scaling products from 0 to 1.
